These Terms of Sale set out the Terms and Conditions on which we supply any of the products listed on our website www.handyprints.co.uk to you.
By accessing our website you are agreeing to follow and abide by the Terms and Conditions set out below.
These Terms and Conditions are also applicable for items purchased directly from ourselves either by phone, email or in person. These may be revised by us at any time .
Please read them carefully each time BEFORE ordering any products.
They also tell you what to do if there is a problem and other important information (also refer to our FAQs).
If you do not agree to these Terms of Sale you must not order any product through our site or from our Company.

ORDERING PRODUCTS/PAYMENT
By following the ordering process on our website to create an order you are agreeing to pay in full before we process your order. If your order is accepted by us, payment will be accepted by Cash, Paypal or Bank Transfer. All prices are quoted in £GBP.
Payment will be prior to collection unless payment terms have been previously set up/agreed (existing customers).
If your logo/text has been set up for embroidery, it must be paid for whether or not you proceed with your order.
All items ordered are subject to availability . We will inform you as soon as possible after receiving your order if, for any reason, the items you have ordered are out of stock or subject to delay.
If personalisation is required please allow 10-14 working days for completion of your order (following the approval of any print/embroidery design).

DELIVERY
If delivery is required, we will deliver your products to the delivery address given when you placed your order.
If any of the details or address you give are incorrect we will not be liable for any items which you do not receive as a result.
If we then have to redeliver your items to a different address this may incur a redelivery charge.
You may specify a different delivery address to your billing address in the ordering process.
We will make every effort to deliver your order on the specified day, however, we cannot guarantee delivery or accept liability as third party delivery services may have issues beyond our control.
A delivery charge is payable for postage/courier service.
If you do not receive your items after 14 working days please contact us and we will look into it for you.

COLLECTION FROM STORE
You can also COLLECT your order for FREE from our store, 12 Woodhalll Terrace, High Street Queenborough within our opening hours.
This COLLECT from Store option can be selected online at time of ordering. PLEASE NOTE :- We will contact you when your order is ready to collect.

PRICING
We will try to be accurate with our product descriptions and prices, however if a product or price error has been made by us we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order and issue a refund.
Prices are subject to change.

SIZES/COLOURS
Please note actual colours may vary. It’s important to note that they may look different on a real product than what you see on your computer monitor. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently. We try to edit our photos to show the products as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual colour may vary slightly from your monitor. When printing on garments, it’s important to consider fabric material and garment colour. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product.

CANCELLATIONS
Personalised (embroidered or printed) items cannot be cancelled or returned (see below).
If you need to cancel an order for non-personalised items please do so as soon as possible within 5 working days and before your goods have been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched please follow the Returns policy below.
If you cancel your order but you still receive your items you must return the goods to us in perfect condition at your own expense within 28 days of delivery. If you fail to return them we will collect the Items and charge you the cost of collection. If items are damaged they must be paid for.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase(s), if however you are not then please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order to discuss .
Returning for unpersonalised items for the following reasons will incur a restocking fee of 20% and the return postage costs will be your responsibility:-
• Change of mind
• Wrong colour ordered
• Wrong size ordered
Reasons we are unable to accept some returns/refunds:
Unless incorrectly supplied or deemed to be faulty we cannot accept the return of:
• Goods that have been embroidered, badged or printed.
• Goods that have been assembled in line with your requirements.
• Goods that have been specially procured in line with your requirements and do not form part of our standard range*.
Handy Prints points out that whether it accepts a return of goods is entirely at its own discretion excepting where the return of goods is as a result of the failure on the part of Handy Prints to supply the relevant goods in accordance with the order. Goods cannot be returned if individual design or embroidery work has been effected on such goods and/or the customer has used the goods and/or itself added the design or embroidery work.
Any personalised (embroidered/printed products) – once decorated these cannot be resold by us so will not be accepted for return, this includes if you have ordered the wrong size.
If you have made a spelling mistake on your order if the item has already been decorated.
You have approved the sample/design with a mistake in it and this has been used to create your product. The approved artwork will be used to print your order.
Refunds will not be given for garments where damage has occurred to printed items which have been cared for incorrectly after purchase eg. washed at high temperatures/ironed/left on a hot radiator. (washing instructions/advice are available to view on our website for printed items).
If you wish to return an item due to an error on our part or if goods are faulty you must contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order. We will happily refund the full value of the item and postage costs, (NB. This does not include misspelling by you or an error on a sample/design approved by you.)
Please contact us at contact@handyprints.co.uk phone or call in and provide your original order details with reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement.

If the item is accepted for return for reasons as above:
It is your responsibility, if sending by post, to insure the value of the goods as we will not be responsible for items lost/damaged in transit. You can also return items in person directly to our Queenborough store (see above).
All items must be unworn in perfect condition and in original packaging. Refunds will be made to the payment method used for the original purchase where possible.
Additional Terms and Conditions for Offers/Package Deals
• All garments are subject to availability
• Garments in any package deal/offer, cannot be substituted/changed for alternatives
• Personalised (embroidered/printed) items are non-returnable
• Additional items will be charged at the current retail price
• Price includes (where stated) 1 printed or embroidered left breast size logo (up to 10 000 stitches).
• Additional logos will be charged at current retail price.
• Offer end date as stated.

Please read the conditions below before supplying your own garments.
If you wish us to print items you have purchased from elsewhere please read below.
Working in the printing and embroidery industry, we understand why you may want to bring in your own garments for us to print or embroider. Please find below a little information so you can make an informed choice before having garments printed or embroidered with us to avoid any additional costs.

Customer Supplied Garments
By choosing to leave your garments with us you agree that, should any mishaps occur during the decoration process, we cannot be held responsible for the cost of damage to the garments. Items purchased from us are tried and tested and able to be replaced, customer supplied items are not and are occasionally liable to unforeseen issues during printing/embroidery so are left at your own risk.
All garments must be new, unwashed and unworn
All packaging needs to be removed, eg. cardboard inserts, labels, stickers.
Garments may not be re bagged individually after decoration. If this is required additional charges may be applied.
Garments must be clear of debris that will affect the printing process such as dirt/cat/dog hair, etc.
Information of garment material is required. (eg. – 100% Cotton)
Not all garments can be printed/embroidered due to zips/pockets etc or simply because of the material.

Artwork Disclaimer
All artwork supplied by the Customer will be transferred on to a template depicting the aproximate size and positioning of front and/or rear views. The Customer will be required to confirm this prior to any printing taking place. We will print your garment to match the proof. Handy Prints cannot be held responsible for any errors including spelling mistakes which are identified in the artwork after the Customer has given their approval and printing has commenced.
We will print the artwork you supply us. When uploading or emailing us any artwork you give Handy Prints Branding Solotions Ltd full consent to print the artwork or designs.
We use a standard location placement for all printing unless requested by the customer.
You confirm that the artwork is yours to use, and/or free from copyright infringement and accept full responsibility if there is a breach of copyright infringement and will fully indemnify Handy Prints Branding Solotions Ltd
By emailing us or uploading artwork, and upon payment, you accept this artwork disclaimer in full.
